Delivery and Returns

Here is some important practical information for you regarding the delivery of your order and our returns policy.

UK Shipping

We have a flat rate delivery of £3.95. Delivery is free for orders over £100.

All items are sent using a Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.

Your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, (usually within 24 hours of order confirmation). Our estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days within the UK from when the order is placed.

International shipping

Please contact us for delivery options and details regarding International  orders. Please note any customs duties &/or fees applied by your country are your responsibility.

Returns

We hope you love your purchases, but if you are not happy you can return items within 14 days of delivery, by sending to the address below, including your full name and order number/invoice number please to:

Please be aware that returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags on.

Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning any items and we do suggest you use a tracked service for this.

After having received your return we will look at it and confirm that it meets the above criteria. If it does, we will process a refund to your original method of payment and then you should receive the credit as per your card issuer’s policies.
